How to Fill out an Entry Tag
Starting at the top, fill in the Section and Class
Clearly write your name & address or use an
return address mailing label.
No Exhibitors Number is required for this show.
The judges will mark or hole-punch the applicable award after review.
They may also write notes on the back side as to what could have been
done to improve the entry.
Also - complete the entire bottom half, same as the top. This portion is used
to tabulate the results.
The tag is perforated. Fold it to conceal the identity of the entrant for judging.
If the tag is not filled out properly, the entry may be disqualified.
