The Pikes Peak Rose Society would like to extend special thanks to the

sponsorship of our rose show.
Dear Rose Enthusiast,
Welcome to the Pikes Peak Rose Society website. We strive to be a resource and benefit to the community and welcome any questions or ideas you may have regarding the cultivation of roses.
The Pikes Peak Rose Society was organized in 1995 after several rose lovers in the area recognized the need for a local society to share in the enjoyment of growing roses. We are affiliated with the American Rose Society (ARS), host a yearly rose show, offer monthly meetings and newsletters, and are a resource to the public on how to grow roses in our unique climate and growing conditions.
Several of our members have grown roses here for many years and bring a wealth of information to the community as local experts. Others offer various areas of expertise on particular subjects such as old roses, miniatures, hybrid teas, shrubs, fertilizing, pruning, soil, etc.
The Pikes Peak Rose Society holds monthly meetings from February through November, which includes a variety of programs, speakers, and tours of our member’s gardens. Consulting Rosarians are members of our society and are available to answer questions regarding the care of roses. We have an annual rose show with exhibits and entries open to the public. Certificates, ribbons, trophies, and prizes are awarded by ARS judges.
Thank you for visiting our website and if you are not a member, we hope you will consider joining our large community of rose enthusiasts.
